They are crooks, shady and just horrible at this job
This is a new one for us. They took two of the stations we run and deleted them because they were angry about our reps badgering them to get the stations working. They were down for hours without getting a reply and as a matter of fact, it was not until they saw the reviews did they even reply to us. They are very unprofessional obviously for taking down peoples work and sites in anger. They are shady for that tactic. They like having control over whomever so they can indeed shut anyone down at will. They can call our people rude or angry which we were angry. Wwe were angry at not having our stations working for over 5 hours and even till this time. They thenb blamed centova cast. lol. They blamed the rudeness. They blamed a 3 hour ride....and then when all else failed, they started to talling in this belittling way...I'll copy and paste everything here so you can read it...lol...its great stuff:

Company Response: You had a server we installed centova to that for you using your own license. You did not pay centova for your license and thats non sense you edited the convo. We have pictured not copy and paste

Great support and Uptime
Excellent service, I spent a lot of time from server to server that even made me lose clients. But with OnlineAudience I found that tranquility. I hope it continues like this and much better.

Bad service, bad support and didn’t refund
I was after a vps which was offered by one of the founders, so I signed up and paid straight away, I needed 5 IPs with the vps but it never worked and they never resolved it.
A refund was offered but never given.
I feel ripped off by them (Luke)

I have no complaints been excellent from the start. I even earn money getting friends to sign up which keeps my hosting costs even lower. Excellent service and support website has not been offline yet "touch wood I not jinxed it"

The service here is wonderful, its super quick and easy to get a vps deployed and i love the fact that they offered a free trial. alot of hosting companys kvm servers dont work with what i needed so i needed a trial to test on and im very glad with luke
