I have been happy with the ease of use. Their tech support is friendly and always there. The control panel interface is a little clunky, but it has lots of options and it works.

One problem after another... they lost my SiteBuilder settings, removed the template, but the final straw was that the osCommerce SQL server crashed, AND THEY HAD NO BACKUP. NONE. All work lost. They're totally incompetent.
