Poor Customer Service
I have been using Apex Hosting for a little while on game like 7D2D, Eco, Valheim with great server performance. That was until I rented a server for Enshrouded. The server I got had high latency and major stuttering/rubber banding. I submitted a ticket. They offered to change the node to one in the same area, ok, didn't fix the problem. Next they offer to transfer the server to a server with a Ryzen cpu but in a different area. This fixed most of the stuttering/rubber banding but not all but increased the already high latency. This was on top of the issue of the server continuously getting an error "Server failed to connect to Steam3". The only way to fix this was to FTP and delete all but 3 files and restart the server. After trying multiple times to fix this requested a refund since I could not get a worker server for Enshrouded. I even paid extra to upgrade the ram. They refunded the cost of the ram upgrade but said it was outside the 7 day window to refund the server fee even though I had been putting in support tickets almost from the beginning of installing Enshrouded. Sad part is that I joined server from other people using servers from other providers and did not have any issues like I did with my server.
