They no longer wanted me as a customer after trying to get them to respond to trouble tickets, which they never did. They are unresponsive and unreliable.
Stay away at all costs. |

Support and Customer Service unreliable.
They are not responding to trouble tickets and they do not return phone call.
I do not know what happened to them, they used to be excellent.

What a great group of professionals. During a server crisis they kept me in the loop of their status and moved all my domains to another server. They offered a free month hosting but I turned it down because this is the kind of support you should pay for. |
