Company Response:	This person is known spammer with us. He lied, spammed, lied and spammed some more before we canceled his account. Fraudsters like this get no sympathy from us. William Burke with www.dialogociudadano.com was canceled for spamming.

Web Hosting Review:	Customer for 6 years - Wonderful service that deteriorated over the years until one day they left me with no email for a week, then ignored me for a week while I asked for an explanation. Providers that have better value do exist.

Company Response:	We have NEVER had a mail issue as stated here. This user filled his email box and bounced his mail until he realized his error and freed up space. Also, I have no idea how we can "ignore" someone. We have toll fee phones and 24/7 online support.

Web Hosting Review:	Well my rating is based on the following events: 1. Herendously slow servers 2. Raid card crashed and lost all data 3. When they went to back up the data the latest backup was 45 days old 4. Really bad customer support. Bad all around!
