I don't know why I bother adding my sob story with Web.com, but I will--I have experienced the long wait times, bad technical support, an issue that they keep promising is "fixed for good this time" but isn't, a website their team built that is messy and I've never been happy with, and blah, blah, blah. Same stuff everyone else here has said.
Services Period: Active customer at the time of review. Customer since January, 2010
