Had Malware downloaded and Google submitted a report to me proving Web Site source had security issues and needed to fix them. Never fixed No one rtn calls Just ignorant tech staff but always took your money!! They need to really look at their practices!! |

These guys are all screwed up!

Have been with websitesource for years. The past year has been just horrible. Outages, our emails bouncing back to customers, time outs, etc.
Can't ever get support on phone, live chat, etc. Support tickets take DAYS to be answered. |

Horrible. Down weekly, for hours at a time. “Live chat", no one answers for hours. Down again today, four hours now... Live chat no response, call tech support rings busy, when finally got through message says "we're having DNS issues"
