Web Hosting Review: Vortech is very reliable as a host and as a company in general. They have excellent customer service and support. If you call someone will actually answer. The 3 is for the mail7 server that had trouble recently, but it's working again now.

Web Hosting Review: I am very pleased with Vortech's service. I am not saying they are the best, but they are the best I could find to host both Unix and Windows sites.

Web Hosting Review: In 15 months I've been with Vortech, I have received excellent customer and tech support. The 3 rate for reliability/uptime is due to the long time needed to restore failed hard drive maybe unavoidable in shared environment.
