Web Hosting Review:	Worst support I've ever dealt with! Do not even consider this host. Response time is pitiful. They make incompetent and unauthorized decisions that take down websites. We are obviously dealing with outsourced IT with no management.

Web Hosting Review:	Worst support. Was not able to open a ticket as the over seas call center could not speak english. After e-mail 4 DAYS LATER they closed the ticket on a HACKED server without fixing the issue...

Web Hosting Review:	I have had them close to 2 years now. No major problems until recently. I had a site down for over 60 hours. Good luck if you can get your ticket answered. You can forget about the phone support. They close tickets without resolving the issue etc...
