Pros:	No downtime what so ever, dedicated support staff, Have their own data center
Cons:	Some downtime before they moved to their data center, but smooth sailing now!! :)

Pros:	Unlimited subdomains. Unlimited e-mail. SMTP server. mySQL database. Unlimited webusers.
Cons:	Server is down a bit more than I would like, but much better than with previous owner.
