Web Hosting Review:	No reason to vote anything but a 4 w/ the service I have. When they have time available, they've helped me with support beyond what they're required to do. A personable support team is available by phone, email, and live chat.

Web Hosting Review:	after spending massive amounts of money getting a cluster setup, they didn't even give the Xeons paid for. then had the nerve to say it was what we'd paid for. 12 days before our account expired they changed the servers and still they didn't even server 1
