Web Hosting Review:	In the last months, the server was down twice a week!!! And the customer service is terrible, more than 8 hours to answer!!! In the las week (July 2008) I have to send 3 tickets, and the average time to answer was 5 hours

Web Hosting Review:	Great service.. fast response for tech questions. This is the first windows host I've been happy with (H-Sphere may be a huge part of that).
