Web Hosting Review:	RCTHosts servers are very overloaded. 3-4 times a day php scripts can't connect to mysql. Also, lately I do not recieve an answer to support tickets or emails. The support forums were removed by rcthost because "users were complaining".

Web Hosting Review:	I have been a customer of rcthost hor over three years and have also had clients with this host. The customer service was decent in the beginning but has since been horrible. The servers are always down all clients lost ALL data in a recent outage.

Web Hosting Review:	The support for RCTHost has to be the worst I've ever had to deal with. Even after canceling my account, the following year they charged me for renewing, which after 3 weeks the company they use finally reimbursed me, RCT would not even reply to my email
