Pros:	PROACTIVE support. They knew about a problem I was having and contacted me BEFORE I contacted them!
Cons:	I have never had a negative experience with them in the two years I have used this service.

Pros:	Very fast, helpful small company. Cost effective but great product. You get a lot of site control
Cons:	Not a ton of online documentation
Company Response:	Our online Faq-o-matic is a work in progress, its implementation is a little less than a year old. Questions are constantly being added that continually pop up or other issues by request. If you have any suggestions in this regard please feel free to send them directly to nathan@npsis.com

Pros:	Great uptime (NEVER an outage in my years of service)
Cons:	ColdFusion is only available on higher priced plans.
Company Response:	Cold Fusion 5.0 is only offered on our Win2k E-commerce and Premium E-commerce package due to the added maintenance and high server processing load it imposes.
