Cons:	Who does business like this anymore - No cons at NPSIS - can't say the same for featureprice.com

Pros:	Customer support is fabulous, you can actually talk to real people.
Cons:	Their tools were limited early on, but now they've got just about everything I'll ever need or want.

Pros:	Set up was relatively easy.
Cons:	Downtime was 20% of the time. They moved our files, broke our forms meaning no business for a month.
Company Response:	Their site was moved to our NT8 server due to the instability it was causing on our NT3 server. Unfortunately, they failed to realize that they needed to recreate their ODBC DSN's on the new server after we moved it for them, hence their forms did not work. I was not notified by the client of their ODBC problem until 2:55PM Jul. 1, 2003, after some investigating I was able to determine that they had simply not recreated their DSN within our NT Account Manager on the new server, I notified them of this at 4:08PM Jul. 1, 2003, and the issue was resolved. Any substantial downtime was a result of the client not notifying support that they were having problems.

Pros:	Had many NPSIS sites.Though 1500 miles away, Wilkersons/Tolman are wonderful courteous to work with.
