Moved server without notification, changed administrative URL's for email and Frontpage access - no notification. No 24 hour help desk. Sub webs messed up. Leave a message at 7:30 pm on Friday evening. Not the first time this has happened. |

| Company Response: | NetHosters account owners are ALWAYS notified prior to any account changes. This particular gentleman was not an authorized contact for the jb-3.com account. He was sub-leasing space on the server from our client, who was definitely informed. |
