Web Hosting Review:	Very bad reliability. My websites are down for more than a week 2 times in last 2 months. Very bad technical support... no answer when I ask questions. Very bad customer service... no answer again when I ask questions.

Web Hosting Review:	Didn't have too many problems up to Jan 08. Then it all changed. Now we can't access Plesk, Admin section seldom, and site is down more than 50% of the time. Needless to say we are moving. Shame; was good value for money. Maybe too cheap?
