Web Hosting Review: Downtime is their trade mark. Support is incompetent and they don't care. I moved form a shared plan to a semi-dedicated only to get more problems. It cost me time and credibility because we are a web based company.

Web Hosting Review: We have been using Intermedia for 6 months now and our whole corporation just love the integration of exchange. We have founs Intermedias support to be excellent as well.

Web Hosting Review: My whole company in 3 countries is unable to send or receive any email. Intermedia's exchange servers are down, once again, and I'm done using them. When I signed up, I didn't realize that they only offer email support out of another country at night.

Web Hosting Review: One word describes Intermedia.net's service: DOWNTIME. This week, we haven't been able to get email as their servers can't handle the sheer volume of inbound email. What kind of nickel-dime operation is this? And their support people couldn't care less.

In summary, they are terrible for hosted exchange as we've been down for almost 24 hours now. Their support techs are useless. Their main business is stanaphone.com - they should stick to their expertise, which is clearly not Exchange Server.

Web Hosting Review: When it works, it's great. But, exchange has been down twice in less than a week. And, during the outages, all of their support options, including telephone support, are unavailable. It's literally impossible to contact anyone when there is a problem.

Web Hosting Review: They hosted our company for 3 years. The server went down and the technical support was terrible. We also found that our 'backups' did not exist and they lied about it. They gave us $75 back for the 'month' of back up support.

Web Hosting Review: I love their Hosted Exchange Control Panel and SAN based setup. 1GB business mailboxes and pricing for 10 or 20 users are superb as well as tech support (if you need one ever).
