Web Hosting Review:	East coast NOC went dead for eight days...no response then a promise for money back for the YEAR I had paid. Never got my money back despite promise. Whatever you may read about their present promises, they haven't resolved past customer complaints.

Company Response:	Totally Untrue. All members who were being hosted on the East Coast NOCs servers were compansated and in addition rewarded up to 200% back from our suit against the NOC. This person is obviously terribly mistaken or is just a liar.

Web Hosting Review:	I signed up for their account, and had some issues receiving account information. Their customer support dept was down, and did not reply to my e-mails despite their claim to a 5 minute response time. I simply wasted my time by even signing up

Company Response:	Again totally untrue, the customers account was installed immediately but since he/she provided a bogus or non working email address, login info was never received by the customer. The customer never bothered to contact us thinking we are magicians and can magically find people. Also 10 days later the charge was disputed by our CC processor and found to be fraudulent. Can we get a reply to deny that? We can easily provide documentation.

Web Hosting Review:	I have been a customer of PlanetGAC Web Services for two years and have had nothing but a good experience. I have heard of problems with the EAST Coast NOC but thankfully I am located at their cetral servers and have had nothing but 100% uptime and excell

Cons:	checking e-mail account limited to 10 times per hour
