Web Hosting Review: Utter and total rubbish,not only do they lie to you about the cost of changing servers they also take weeks to answer an email pleading them for an answer about why your website is down.They also take money out of your bank after cancelling acc.

Web Hosting Review: Fasthosts are your worst hosting nightmare. In a nuthshell they offer UNRELIABLE services alongside the POOREST customer support I & MANY others have ever experienced. They also have a well known history of taking un-authorised payments from your card.

Web Hosting Review: Got reseller package 3 years, only 4 sits on it now sites very very slow. fasthosts says nework traffic, I enquire about a deadicated server had simple pre purchase q, sales guy at fasthosts hangs up phone on me. I was shocked.Also deceitful billing.

Web Hosting Review: Services available and controlability of your account through web access is very good, got a problem though and don't expect to have it solved quickly. Took me over a week to get email working!!

Web Hosting Review: simply a rip off . bad, terrible. They have extremely one sided terms and conditions and never refund an error. Just do not deal with the. I had got £120 spend a month with them . I have now got this down to <£30.

Web Hosting Review: Their Tech Support is more like "make a quick buck".

They ALWAYS tell you that it will need an engineer (£140 per hour)to look at your server and they debit your account you in advance before the engineer looks at it!!!!!

Web Hosting Review: Fasthosts are TRULY THE WORST hosting company I EVER came accross. Their services go up & down like a yoyo, and if you can get hold of any kind of support (despite their clames) then you clearly are some kind of higher supreme entity not of this earth.

Really bad customer support .
Offered free hosting trial then debited my bank account.
Operates rather immorally, but not quite illegally.
FastHosts took my money when I fell into their trap.
Dont let them do it to you.
