Good service best support
I had an issue with my WordPress site where I could not log onto the admin page and get to edit and work on my site. I tried for 2 days to resolve it on my own and reach frustration. I reached out to the Exmasters hosting helpdesk and they were able to fix it. in no time.

Great performance and reliability.
I host multiple sites with Exmasters VPS hosting in Europe. The server speeds and reliability are excellent. The range of extra services is first class and the support on resolving any issues is patient and knowledgeable. The server is stable and always 100% available! They're all extremely knowledgeable and easily understands my geeky techno terms. Never ever had to use their phone service because the live chat is sooo amazing. I absolutely love Exmasters hosting and I recommend it to all of my customers, friends and family.

Everyting is up.
Very satisfied with Exmasters adult VPS hosting service and I don't see myself changing webhosts in the future. The servers, the features are exactly as I wanted and the same as I get with a local provider I use. They really shine when it comes to service. I had a couple of questions when I was initially setting everything up. They responded within minutes and everything was resolved quickly.

Exmasters team is professional.
The test of a good company isn't when things are going well. It's when something goes wrong, and the Exmasters team absolutely excels in that regard. On a couple of occasions I've run into problems (self-created in one case, a really obscure WordPress problem on another), the tech support folks have been great: courteous, bulldog-persistent, and thoroughly in communication with me until the problem was resolved.

All I want to mention that I have no headache running my web sites with Exmasters vps hosting, uptime has been great - the promise 99.9% uptime is correct. I needed a lot of additional help getting things sorted out as my previous host organized things quite differently, but I can honestly say that I'm confident in the efficient, flexible, and powerful services available to my sites through this host.

Perfect VPS service
Using their VPS server, which is absolutely flawless - everything is working great and I have to highlight friendly and precise technical support, helping me customize my VPS and also install additional libraries I needed for my scripts. Overall it's great and stable hosting with fair prices and very good tech support, which is rare nowadays.
