I found the company on LowEndTalk, where you can get very great deal with the VPS.

Their control is so strange for me at the first time, but when I installed the VPS and get it running, there was nothing to do about it anymore.

The VPS itself is working very well, the uptime is 184 days (I did restart the VPS once, and there was no downtime at all).
