Web Hosting Review:	Apollo used to be a very reliable and helpful hosting company, not so any more. When they make system upgrades, certain site features stop working. Support rarely responds to client questions, and does not appear to understand the problem when they do.

Web Hosting Review:	Wholly unreliable. Constantly down with freezing, FTP fails, no good way to backup. They take forever to install updates (years behind on some.) Tech support is hit or miss. I would not recommend to anyone.

Web Hosting Review:	They advertise 24/7 support, but that is simply not true. Every time I've tried to use support after hours, I've been told that they are unavilable. DON'T USE THIS PROVIDER.

Web Hosting Review:	Unhappy customer. Used service since July, 06. Looking to self-host or another provider. Entry level service is unuseable. Tech support in unreachable. VPS services are unreliable. I'm unhappy.

Web Hosting Review:	I have been a customer for six years. My email has now been down for four days and we rely on this email to operate our business. Technical support is almost impossible to get in touch with. If it doesn't work, it is of no value.

Web Hosting Review:	Continuous problems with e-mail, Plesk functionality and lots of other issues. Tickets take days or weeks to be responded mostly with worthless responses clearly showing an astounding lack of knowledge, competence and willingness. Looking to switch.

Web Hosting Review:	I just cancelled my account with Apollo after 2 1/2 years of fairly good service. Our site has been down for A WEEK with no explanation from the company. The only message from tech support was from 3 days ago which said it would be up in "2-3 hours".
