Pros:	Good up time and plenty of features.
Cons:	Do not answer their support line, voice mailbox full, repeated billing problmes
Company Response:	We are currently going through a needed change through out our company structure. We pride ourselves in support and customer service. We have made significant changes to our control panel to give our customers a better means of contact with our company, as well as, a way to stay updated with company info. We also have undergone a server migration to a more secure and stable datacenter. We would like to apologize to the writer of this rating posted on March 17th.
