3: Landrush phase, which opens the extension to all with premium pricing

The Sunrise Global phase of the .CO extension registration gives holders of eligible registered trademarks of national effect that have obtained a registered status in any country of the world the opportunity apply for the .CO domain names before registration is open to the public at large during the Landrush phase.
Some of the general policies regarding the .CO extension include:
- Any person or entity in the world can register .CO domains
- There are no domicile or burdensome documentation requirements
- Registration period is between one and five years, subject to renewal
