Web Hosting Provider Aplus.Net Sells Inventory, Updates Server Hardware

April 2, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Aplus.Net (www.aplus.net) announced earlier this week that it has sold its existing dedicated server inventory and updated its hardware.

The inventory changes consist primarily of upgrading the dedicated server processors and motherboards to some of the fastest, most powerful hardware the industry has to offer.

The Standard dedicated server plan now offers an Intel Celeron D processor, and the Standard XR now features an Intel Core 2 Duo processor, among the most premium technology available. All four plans are equipped with 250 GB SATA of default configuration disk space. The company has also just announced a sale on existing Premium and Premium XR plans to make way for the next generation of those servers.

Gabriel Murphy, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aplus.Net commented, “The Aplus.Net customer base is very knowledgeable and tech-savvy. They expect a lot, including ever-increasing amounts of data storage, and we've worked hard to make sure these upgrades will meet and exceed their expectations. It also symbolizes our new emphasis on providing the ultimate in innovative technological solutions that our valued small business customer base won't find anywhere else. And this is just the first step in a new generation of Aplus.Net technology and software.”
