Web Host AIT Announces New Dedicated Server Hardware Options
Web host Advanced Internet Technologies (AIT) has announced new dedicated server hardware options located at its headquarters’ data center in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The new options will be available in March 2013 and will offer more configurations alongside some additional options.

AIT’s move comes on the heels of the company’s $1 million investment in major infrastructure upgrades. The company plans to invest up to an additional $2 million of infrastructure investment at their North Carolina Data Center in 2013.

The company’s new hardware options utilize E3 (Ivy Bridge) processors for Single Core systems and E5 Processors (soon to be upgraded to E3) for Single and Dual Core systems. This provides the company’s customers with the optimal processor choice and ultimately, reduced costs. The new hardware options are also eco-friendly and have an eye on the future requirements of customers. They are fully scalable and will remain viable server options 12 to 24 months from now.

AIT’s new servers use the latest SuperMicro chassis and provide support for additional operating systems and control panels. Users will also be able to fully customize server hard drives and add ram. In addition, they also offer options that are unique to AIT, including Dual Power Redundancy on 1U servers. These options are supported by a team of certified technical staff. “Our team is not just technical support,” explained Michael Roberts, AIT’s Chief Operating Officer. “We are a group of business and technical consultants that want to partner with businesses and help them succeed. The old adage of ‘your success is our success’ really applies here.”
