Web Hosting and Internet Services Provider Verio Launches Hosting Service Plans for Microsoft Windows Applications Developers |

24 February 24, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting and Internet services provider Verio (http://www.verio.com) has announced the launch of its MultiSite hosting solution for Microsoft Windows applications developers. MultiSite services will be added to all of the company’s shared hosting for Windows plans and Managed Server for Windows plans.
MultiSite enables account owners to manage a number of web sites at the same time
(including viewing disk usage and managing permissions for each site) with a single Verio account. This is different to the service some hosting providers offer which enables multiple domains to be pointed at the same Web root. Verio's new MultiSite service enables users to add or remove independent sites without having to continually purchase new hosting accounts. In addition, users can turn off individual sites without physically removing them from the Web root.
Alongside adding MultiSite, Verio has upgraded its Windows hosting plans, adding a site construction tool and ecommerce functionality.
