Web Services Firms D2 Interactive and U.S. NetworX Merge |

June 27, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Web hosting providers, D2 Interactive and U.S. NetworX, today announced the merger of the two companies, resulting in the largest web services firm in Mississippi. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined company has offices in Jackson and Oxford, and facilities in Jackson, Salt Lake City, and New York.
“Our clients will continue to receive the same top quality, personal service they have enjoyed over the years,” said Charlie Malouf, CEO of D2 Interactive, “and will also enjoy the added services offered by U.S. NetworX, such as dedicated servers, nationwide Internet access, and network maintenance services.
