Insight EMEA (Insight) has acquired Dutch cloud company Caase.com. Insight, which has headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, United States, specializes in providing enabling businesses to “run smarter”. The company caters to a range of organizations in business and government and industries that include healthcare and education. It has subsidiaries across Europe and its acquisition of Caase.com “strengthens its ability to deliver intelligent cloud solutions to its clients in the Netherlands”. It will also enable its further expansion into Europe.
Employing 50, Caase.com has headquarters in Enschede, Overijssel, Netherlands. A strategic Microsoft partner, the company caters to the private and public sectors and specializes in reducing an organization’s IT costs with “cloud-based innovation”. To do this it leverages solutions like Microsoft Office 365, Azure, EMS and Windows. Microsoft Netherlands has previously chosen Caase.com as its 'Country Partner of the Year' and 'Worldwide Cloud partner of the year for Enterprise'. There is a strong fit between its capabilities and those of Insight and it will become a separate Insight division.
