OC3 Networks & Web Solutions Acquires Web Hosting Provider Tear 2 |

October 6, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Internet services provider OC3 Networks & Web Solutions, LLC (http://www.oc3networks.com) has acquired Tear 2, LLC, a web hosting company with a focus on online adult entertainment, it was announced recently. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
“We are extremely pleased with the acquisition of this very successful startup,” said Ilan Mishan, OC3 Networks’ CEO. “Tear 2’s excellent reputation is a huge benefit to OC3’s positioning within the adult industry.”

Tear 2 has headquarters in Maryland and technical operations in Virginia. Although a relatively new company, it has been successful through quality products and support. OC3 Networks will immediately merge Tear 2’s operations into that of OC3 Networks. According to the company customers will be unaffected by the acquisition beyond changes in billing and payment. |
