SWsoft Acquires Helm |

December 21, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – SWsoft (http://www.swsoft.com) has acquired WebHost Automation Ltd. (http://www.webhostautomation.com/), maker of Helm and a competitor in the area of development and production of web hosting control panels and billing software. Based in Bristol, United Kingdom, WebHost Automation has nearly 1.5 million end users worldwide for its Windows solution.
"By integrating Helm into the SWsoft family of automation and virtualization solutions and partners through our Open Fusion initiative, Helm customers will be able to take advantage of a wider array of solutions and new business opportunities such as software as a service (SaaS)," explained SWsoft’s CEO, Serguei Beloussov. “For SWsoft, the acquisition adds a significant worldwide customer base, including strong positions in the U.K. and South America.
