Radiant Communications Appoints Chuck Leighton as Chief Financial Officer |

November 22, 2004 (Vancouver BC) – Radiant Communications Corp. (“Radiant”) (TSX Venture Exchange: RCX), Canada’s largest independent provider of IP-based data communications and Internet services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chuck Leighton as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Leighton brings over 20 years of financial, accounting and capital markets experience to the Company.
Mr. Leighton joins Radiant Communications from Intrinsyc Software International, a TSX listed company, where he was Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that Mr. Leighton was with Motorola Canada in Toronto and Vancouver where he served in many capacities including Treasurer and Senior Controller for both the Wireless Data and Personal Communications groups. Mr. Leighton is an Honours Commerce Graduate from Queen’s University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in Ontario.

He has strong financial control experience as well as capital markets experience and has led several equity financings.”
Mr. Leighton will be granted options in the capital of the Company to purchase up to 150,000 common shares from treasury at an exercise price of $0.45 per common share vesting over three years and expiring on November 22, 2009. These options were granted pursuant to the Company's incentive stock option plan, under which a maximum of 3,522,313 common shares are reserved for issuance.
