Radiant Communications Forms Alliance with Reynolds and Reynolds |

TORONTO, November 13, 2003 – Radiant Communications Corp. (TSX Venture: RCX), Canada’s largest independent provider of IP-based data communications and Internet services, today announced that it is teaming with Reynolds and Reynolds (Canada) Ltd. to provide Internet services under the Reynolds brand to automotive retailers across Canada.
Developed exclusively for Reynolds and Reynolds and referred to as ‘Reynolds’ Preferred Internet Access’, this high-speed Internet service is tailored specifically to meet the requirements of Canadian automotive, truck and recreation vehicle dealers. With just one call to Reynolds and Reynolds, dealerships with one or many locations will solve all of their Internet connectivity needs.
