Web Hosting Provider Open Solutions Selected by the Bank of Granite |

December 2, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider and financial services solutions provider Open Solutions (http://www.opensolutions.com) has been selected by the Bank of Granite to provide its document image delivery system, ISCustomerDelivery. The move is a means for the bank to cater more adequately for its growing commercial customer base.
ISCustomerDelivery is a document solution that manages images of checks and other deposited items. The images go onto a writeable CD-ROM and the system provides instant image access, improving reconcilement turnaround and customer service.
''We had a prospective large commercial client who needed their statements on CDs and wanted the ability to search by check number and dollar amount,” explained Mark Stephens, SVP, CIO and Director of Operations at Bank of Granite. “To secure the business, we needed a CD-ROM customer delivery product up and running in about 30 days. We have been an Open Solutions customer for about 10 years and knew about the benefits of ISCustomerDelivery, so it was an easy choice. Open Solutions worked very hard to meet this strict deadline, and I am pleased that we were able to deliver the product to the customer along with their first statement.''
ISCustomerDelivery includes multiple accounts on a single CD-ROM and facilitates high-quality copies of statements, checks and deposits.
