Web Hosting Solutions Provider Nexpoint Introduces Virtual Private Servers
May 17, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web Hosting Solutions Provider Nexpoint Technologies (http:// www.nexpoint.net) has introduced Virtual Private Servers (VPS) to its suite of offerings, it was announced yesterday. The move comes as a means for the company to “provide clients with the tools to develop powerful, cutting-edge websites”.
Virtual Private Servers are created from partitioned sections of a single server and operate in a similar fashion to dedicated machines. Nexpoint’s VPS plans offer cPanel/WHM or Plesk Control Panel access and are powered by Virtuozzo’s virtualization technology. Three VPS plans are available, offering a minimum of “10GB of space, 100GB transfer, dedicated IP address, and cPanel or Plesk preloaded”. The company is waving setup fees as part of an introductory promotion.
Established in 1999, Nexpoint Technologies provides services to “more than 20,000 clients from over 42 countries”. Alongside VPs, the company’s services range from domain name services, shared web hosting, dedicated servers, and ecommerce solutions that include website marketing tools.
