Interland Buys Hosting Company Web.com |

December 5, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Interland (http://www.interland.com), website and online services provider for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), has announced an agreement to purchase various assets from Web Internet, LLC (http://www.web.com) and Web Service Company Inc. The purchase includes rights to the Web.com domain name, its trademark rights, the companys registrar business, and approximately 9,000 web hosting accounts that bring in roughly $900,000 in annual hosting revenues. The sale will be completed before the end of the year.
