SunGard to Acquire Inflow, Inc. |

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2004-SunGard Availability Services, an operating group of SunGard (NYSE: SDS), announced today that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Denver-based Inflow, Inc. The acquisition shall be in the form of a merger with Inflow, Inc. The acquisition is expected to be finalized in the first quarter of 2005. There will be limited operational changes as Inflow's team, known for their superior service delivery, will continue its Denver network operations center and IDC operations in its existing 14 datacenters.
SunGard Availability Services is a leading provider of information availability services with more than 10,000 clients predominantly in North America and Europe.
