iNET Acquires Web Hosting Talk, Signs Long-Term Ad Deal with EV1Servers |

Addition of Web Hosting Forum Expands Reach of iNET’s Network to Six Million Monthly Visitors
(Overland Park, KS) Business Wire – iNET Interactive (http://www.inetinteractive.com), a leading new media content management firm, today announced the acquisition of Web Hosting Talk (http://www.webhostingtalk.com) from Houston, Texas-based Everyones Internet. Founded in March of 2000 by Matthew Freeman, Web Hosting Talk is the de-facto leader in web hosting information on the Internet. Concurrent with the acquisition, iNET Interactive and Everyones Internet finalized two additional long-term agreements. EV1Servers (http://www.ev1servers.net), the dedicated server division of Everyones Internet, will provide web hosting to iNET Interactive’s website properties. EV1Servers will also maintain a multi-year advertising presence throughout iNET’s network. Formerly known as RackShack.Net, the recently re-branded EV1Servers operates over 17,000 Linux and Microsoft Windows servers.
