Web Hosting Provider Host Color Adds osTicket |

May 9, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Host Color (http://www.hostcolor.com) has added the osTicket Support System to three of its shared hosting packages - Max, Mega and Multi Domain, it was announced recently. Available through Host Color’s branded PowerTools application library, osTicket is an Open Source ticket support system which allows users to “have better communication with their customers and partners” and “handle customer requests and manage their priority”. The solution can be installed through Host Color’s Control Panel.
