HalfPriceHosting Expands Corporate Headquarters.

This April, Express Technologies, Inc. (dba HalfPriceHosting.com) expanded its corporate headquarters due to the rapid growth that the company has been experiencing. The new headquarters, located in Louisville, Kentucky, give Express Technologies, Inc. over twice the square footage that it previously had.
“We take great effort to remain ahead of the competition, continually improving the quality of service that we give to our customers,” says Mark Click, VP Sales and Marketing at Express Technologies, Inc. “The web hosting industry is noticing this, resulting in an increase in our sales and the continued growth of our company. This move was necessary to accommodate our company’s high growth rate.”
Over the past few months, HalfPriceHosting has made several upgrades to improve the level of service that customers receive which has helped spur the company’s growth. One such upgrade is the company’s recent investment in RightNow Web, an extensive online dynamic database that allows customers to easily find answers to their questions. Customers simply enter their question and RightNow Web generates a list of responses that may be helpful. In addition, customers now have access to a technical service representative 24/7 via online chat.
“RightNow Web benefits our customers tremendously in that they now have an abundance of information available to them online,” said David Adkins, Technical Support Manager for Express Technologies, Inc. “Our web hosting specialists have also had a substantial drop in call volume, especially from the more frequently asked questions. Now, they can direct their attention to situations that need one-on-one technical support, delivering a better service to our customers.”
HalfPriceHosting has also invested in MailSite, a new email management application. The switch to MailSite was necessary to accommodate for the high amount of traffic that HalfPriceHosting has been experiencing.
“Our previous application could not handle the large amount of data transfer that our customers demand,” said Jason Dickens, Senior Network Engineer for Express Technologies, Inc.
