GoGrid’s Private Cloud infrastructure is now powering a management application for OrangeTM Business Services, following the latter’s decision to employ their provision.
Following what they described as an “extensive decision-making process” Orange Business Services opted for the IaaS providers due to their flexibility, speed and customization being best suited to their Customized Infrastructure Care (CIC).
The French company, which deals specifically with business-to-business services, relies on the CIC solution to monitor the components of their customer’s communication infrastructure. By employing GoGrid, their time-to-market will be reduced from months to weeks, reportedly decreasing overall project costs.
Following the decision to build the CIC to meet the requirements of its customers, Orange Business Services decided a flexible cloud infrastructure best matched their ambitions.
After diminishing the idea of creting a new solution in-house, they selected GoGrid for the project which from beginning to end took three months.
Together, the companies will aim to “create the backbone of the CIC solution.” Through this customers will allegedly benefit with the Orange Business Services' sales team delivering a try-and-buy solution within minutes.
