Web Hosting Provider GlowHost Tops RealMetrics Customer Support List for 2007 |

The ranking, which provides an independent, industry-wide measurement of customer support response time and overall performance, is based on more than 110,000 random daily tests of various shared Web hosting providers. In the ranking, GlowHost beat out all other shared hosting providers for the top spot in the last three months of the year.
