Web Hosting Provider Globat.com Buys Man’s Head |

March 1, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Continuing with a series of publicity seeking activities, web hosting provider Globat.com has announced it successfully bid on eBay for the right to advertise on a man’s head. The man, 25 year old Mark Greenlaw, will have Globat.com’s logo tattooed onto his head on Tuesday, February 28, 2006.
Mark Greenlaw is a resident of Biddeford, Maine and has three children. He developed this bizarre advertising opportunity as a means of supporting his family. Mr. Greenlaw then became the center of a media frenzy, including newspaper stories and radio show appearances, that brought his idea to the attention of Globat.com.

This latest move is part of a series of unique sponsorships and events which have to date seen Globat.com sponsor an MBA student’s term paper and the purchase of an antique fly. No news has been given as to the amount of money Mr. Greenlaw will receive or whether Globat.com will pay for treatment to have the tattoo removed. |
