January 8, 2008 (HOSTSEARCH.COM) French company Gandi (http://www.gandi.net/), recognized as a domain registration provider and providing services such as email, has started offering web hosting products, Mathaba News Network reported recently.
The companys 'revolutionary' web hosting services will be flexible and provided without contractual obligation. It will adapt its hosting to customers needs, and not force customers to choose a plan from a category that only more or less fits their needs. Such flexibility will allow users to rent a server for a range of periods, right down to rental by the day.
Hosting resources such as processor power, RAM, bandwidth and disk capacity will also be offered on a flexible basis, allowing users to increase and decrease resources without service interruption. The services proprietary Gandi AutoInstall feature allows those unfamiliar with installations or configurations to choose applications and specify the settings required. Gandi is currently undergoing a beta period where users are able to join at even lower rates than will be priced in the final version.
