June 4, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider FORPSI (http://www.forpsi.com/) has selected SWsoft Virtuozzo for its Virtual Server activity, it was announced recently. According to the company, FORPSI, the leading web hosting provider in the Czech Republic, has recently launched Virtual Server offerings and will use Virtuozzo to “create multiple, isolated virtual environments - or virtual private servers - on a single physical server and operating system.”
"Our Virtual Servers provide a range of web hosting services for customers who want more than a simple web hosting service, but don’t need an independent server," explained FORPSI’s Sales Manager, Markita Gsvllhoferova. "SWsoft Virtuozzo helped us bridge the gap between traditional web hosting and dedicated server hosting to meet customer demand for new, affordable hosting services."
FORPSI offers both “Basic” and “Professional” Virtual Server offerings in both Windows and Linux formats. The Basic option caters for 10 domain names with 1 Mbps of guaranteed bandwidth and 3 GB disk storage. The Professional option caters for 30 domain names and offers 2 Mbps of bandwidth and 15 GB of disk storage.
