"The Customer knows best" - Ecenica Launch New Hosting Range |

Leeds, UK, July 6, 2004 -- Ecenica Ltd., a low-cost web hosting, email and domain name registration company, has today announced the launch of their new range of Windows 2003 hosting packages. The range, created in response to three months of customer feedback, is aimed to compete head-on with other low cost hosting providers and to offer even better value for money. All packages provide multiple email accounts, commercial web space and 24x7 support. Prices now start from $2.99 / £1.99 up to $ 24.99 / £14.99 per month.
Ecenica Sales Director, Rich Moore, comments on how the new hosting packages came about. "We encourage our customers to let us know what they think about Ecenica and we've essentially taken the old saying 'The customer knows best' literally and developed the new range based on their feedback and suggestions. We found that many of our home users were using PHP over ASP and wanted larger disk space over advanced features like the .Net Framework. On the flip-side, we found businesses relied heavily on ASP and .Net technologies, but did not worry so much about features like FrontPage and spam filtering. We also discovered that a large number of customers were looking for greater bandwidth and space than that previously offered by our old Professional account."
Looking closer at the new packages, you will find that the Starter, Business and Professional accounts still exist, however all have more emails, web space and features than before. The 'Home Package' is the latest addition to the Ecenica range. The Home package is aimed squarely at the family and hobby user, and offers large web space and full PHP and MySQL support.
With Ecenica continuing to offer both free setup and three extra months hosting free, Ecenica hope that their existing and new customers will enjoy the benefits of their new range.
