As a result, Indicative has become one of Easynet's major strategic technology suppliers.
Easynet chose Indicative's single-product approach to service management over well-known event-based management tools. The managed network and hosting solutions company is dedicated to delivering superbly managed solutions. As part of this program, and the continual improvement of its service, Easynet needed to ensure the delivery of stringent service-level agreements for business-critical customer applications.
