Dutch email security company SpamExperts is now protecting the customers of web host PT Qwords Company International (
Qwords) by fighting against spam and blacklisting. Founded in 2005, Qwords has headquarters in Jakarta, Indonesia. The company caters to a 35,000-strong domestic and international customer base with services that include shared hosting, cloud VPS hosting, dedicated servers, colocation and domain name registration. Its services are underpinned by "24x7x365" support and "99.99% uptime".
SpamExperts offers solutions to shared web hosts and other organizations including ISPs and telecommunication companies. The company also caters to a network of resellers and distributors and its inbound and outbound email filtering is complemented by email archiving options. All SpamExperts services can either run within SpamExperts' "Hosted Cloud" or in its customers' virtual hardware-based clouds. The company is providing Qwords with Incoming and Outgoing filters in a local cloud. Qwords has also joined SpamExperts' Hosting Partner Program.
The implementation of SpamExperts' solutions has led to a vast reduction in the number of issues the company's support team has had to address. Specifically, the solutions prevent Qwords' customers being blacklisted and eliminate spam. “SpamExperts offer a high quality product, thanks to which there is no more spam to deal with! We have more control over our infrastructure and our clients are happier, now that they are spam free,” explained Qwords' CEO, Rendy Maulana.
