CrystalTech Web Hosting Announces Adoption of SmarterTrack |

The company, a provider of Windows-based web hosting provider, will utilize the customer service software created by SmarterTools, Inc. (http://www.smartertools.com/) for its help desk, ticket system, live chat, cost analysis, data mining, knowledge base, and reporting functionalities.

According to the company, SmarterTrack is an “ideal solution for hosting and technology-based companies due to its flexibility, speed, stability, and multiple installation options”. It can be installed on a VPS, dedicated server, shared hosting environment, and is being transitioned to be offers as a Software as a Service (SaaS) option.
